Types of coverage

Synetech Care

Type of guarantee offered

The Synetech Care warranty is automatically purchased, free of charge, for all Synetech products.

The service included is Return for Repair (DPR) and Advanced Replacement Coverage (ARC) for a period of 5 years.

Guarantee period

The warranty period for all products comes into effect on the first day the Synetech product is activated (the first time the interactive display is turned on).

Synetech Care+

Type of guarantee offered

Synetech Care+ is an extension of the Synetech Care warranty. It can be purchased through Synetech or an authorised Synetech channel partner.

The services included are Return for Repair (RFR), Advanced Replacement Coverage (ARC) and On-Site Support (OSS).

Product replacements are include in the Synetech Care+ warranty.

Guarantee period

The Synetech Care+ warranty must be activated within 30 days of installation or configuration. Otherwise, the extension will not be applied.
